Garifuna Belizean Writer Librarian Filmmaker Writing is my favorite form of expression. I write poetry, short stories, creative nonfiction and screenplays. Many are available in online or printed journals, anthologies, podcasts and collections. My forever second home is the library, so I obtained a master's degree in information and library science and have been enjoying a rewarding career as a librarian for 16 years. Recently, I expanded into screenwriting when I realized that there are elements of life better conveyed on screen. SIDES is the first film I completed in 2022 and AFIENI [Faith] will have a world premiere in the Belize International Film Festival on November 3rd, 2023.
